From The Founder

I Built Eba Because I Needed It Too

For a long time, I wore several hats.I worked across media, communications, events, community, personal branding, and business, and I learnt very quickly that being good at what you do is not always enough. You can be visible in one room and completely misunderstood in another. You can build something remarkable and still struggle to explain its value. You can have several parts of your work succeeding individually without any of them strengthening the other.

For a while, I thought the answer was to work harder. It wasn’t.The answer was structure.

I needed a way to make everything I represented make sense together, without one part of my identity weakening another. That search led me deeper into branding, public relations, marketing, communications, and the architecture behind how people, businesses, and ideas become known, understood, and trusted.

Eventually, I realised the problem was much bigger than mine.I saw brilliant founders whose personal visibility had outgrown their companies. Businesses doing excellent work that nobody knew about. Brands spending money on marketing without first becoming clear about what they wanted to be known for. Events creating extraordinary moments that disappeared the minute the room emptied.

There was activity everywhere, but often, no architecture behind it.That became the foundation for ENI Brand Architect.

The Architecture Behind the Work

I called it Brand Architect deliberately.Architecture begins before anything visible is built. It asks what the structure needs to do, who it needs to serve, what can support its weight, and how all the individual parts will work together.

I believe brands deserve the same thinking.

PR should not exist separately from positioning. Marketing should not amplify a message nobody has properly defined. Content should not simply fill a calendar. An event should have a life before people enter the room and after they leave it.

Everything should connect.

That thinking became our approach at EBA: Find. Create. Execute.
We find what matters: the challenge, opportunity, audience, story or gap.

We find what matters: the challenge, opportunity, audience, story or gap.We create the strategy and ideas capable of moving it.

Then we execute across the channels, markets and experiences that make sense. One Strategy Will Never Fit Every Brand

One of the most important things this work has taught me is that there is no universal formula for relevance.

The strategy that works in Lagos may not work the same way in Accra. The message that connects in Kenya may need a different cultural entry point in the United Kingdom. Even when the brand remains the same, the people, context, behaviour and conversations surrounding it change.

We have worked across industries, personalities, communities and markets, and the solution has rarely looked exactly the same twice.

That is why EBA is solution-first.

We don’t begin by deciding what service we want to sell. We begin by understanding what needs to move.

Sometimes the answer is PR. Sometimes it is positioning, content, an experience, research, a partnership, marketing, or an entirely different combination.

The discipline is knowing the difference.

What I Believe

I believe brands do not need to be everywhere. They need to be intentional about where they show up, what they say, and what people remember. At EBA, we don’t recommend PR because PR is what we do, or create content simply to stay visible. We look at what the brand actually needs and build from there.Sometimes the answer is more visibility. Sometimes it is better positioning, a stronger story, or simply getting the foundation right first. We listen before we amplify. We understand before we position. Our goal isn’t to make our clients the loudest in the room. It is to make them worth remembering when they leave it.

A Note From Me to YouIf you are here because something you are building deserves more attention, perhaps the first question isn’t, “How do we make more people see it?”Perhaps it is:What should they understand when they do?

That question sits behind much of the work we do at EBA.Because being seen is useful.Being understood changes things. And being remembered for the right reasons is where influence begins.
